Michael
Kühn
Founder and former CEO of
Miro Computer Products, an international graphics display
company with annual revenues of $240 million and worldwide
operations and its own subsidiaries in Europe, Asia, and the
U.S. Mr. Kuehn offers a strong background in video technology.
He introduced over 60 software and hardware products to the
market and led Miro to become the worldwide leader in digital
video editing before the company was sold in 1997. In 1998
he formed his consulting firm, ESCAM Group; he was involved
in several turn around and start up projects in Silicon Valley.
Among those where the restructuring and sale of the hardware
business of Radius, the rebuild of ColorMatch for KDS, and
the launch of TeVeo - an Internet video company. In April
2001 he also became a partner in a Silicon Valley based investment
firm, Formational Ventures, www.formational.com. The world
leading real estate franchise firm, Coldwell Banker, appointed
Mr. Kuehn in 2002 as interims President/COO for their European
activities. In this capacity he developed a European IT platform
and closed master franchise agreements in several European
companies. He holds an M.S. degree from Georgia Institute
of Technology and a Dipl.-Ing. in Electrical Engineering from
Technische Universitaet Braunschweig, Germany. Over the past
20 years, Mr. Kuehn developed a strong personal network to
major players and key decision makers in the high-tech industry.
He developed business in Europe, Asia, and the U.S. His skills
are market development for high-tech products and establishing
strategic partnerships for his companies. His vision has helped
numerous executives to improve the vision of the company and
to position their enterprise in the market. He has been instrumental
in raising capital or finding buyers for his own companies
and clients.

Steve Cooper
Steve is currently a General
Partner for a Silicon Valley based Venture Capital operation
and is also deeply involved with a number of Californian based
real estate developments. Steve moved to the USA during 2000
from the United Kingdom. Whilst in the UK, his native country,
he sat on the boards of a number of large UK based distribution
and software companies and personally founded and developed
revolutionary hand held computer technology which is now used
in the UK for door to door distribution by all of the major
UK Dairy companies.
Steve resides in Menlo Park California and frequently travels
to Europe.

Tom
Rota
Tom began his career in finance at the headquarters of two
Fortune 100 companies, first at The Ford Motor Company and
later at Kimberly Clark. He moved westward to Silicon Valley
and began his finance career in venture-backed companies 24
years ago. Over this time Tom has helped lead four companies
through rapid growth and to initial public offerings. He has
helped shape operating plans and budgets and capital finance
strategies for numerous companies and has raised over $300M
in capital financing. Tom has also shaped corporate information
strategies as CIO for growing, global enterprises. His area
of expertise is in corporate finance and capitalization strategies
for start-up and emerging growth companies. He resides in
Palo Alto, California.
Klaus
Schmidt
Because of his experience
of many years as executive in different, market leading companies
Klaus Schmidt offers a in depth knowledge of the software
industry. As CEO of TeVeo, a Silicon Valley based Internet
video company, Klaus Schmidt was responsible for the implementation
of new video technology. He grew the site to become the #
1 video portal of the U.S. (www.TeVeo.com).
During his time as general manager of Softbank Expos, a subsidiary
of Softbank Japan, he produced high-tech trade shows in Germany
including "Networld-Interop" and "Seybold Seminars"
For Lotus Development, being the Marketing Director, he developed
numerous market implementation and sales strategies. Klaus
Schmidt did also take part at the business analysis and market
positioning of various start-up companies during his activities
as a consultant. His skills are his strong analytical competences
and strategic experiences in the area of market implementation
and the development of new, competitive concepts. Klaus
Schmidt holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Science
(Diplom-Informatiker) and a B. S. In Physics.

Walter
Havekorst
Walter Havekorst draws from a distinguished
career in senior management at national and international
corporations. Havekorst also draws from his experience as
most recently the COO of Radius/Miro Displays, inc., the company,
which purchased Radius monitor technology and branding, and
re-launched their high end monitor brand and color technology,
then sold to KDS. He also is currently serving on the Board
of Directors of Starvoice, Inc. a voice portal company startup
with upcoming contract with ABC Television in the United States
for the voice information for commuters for the Freeway traffic
patterns. He also contracts with Coldwell Banker in the United
States, and has consulted with Quick Loan Funding, Inc. and
Foresight Capital Corporation- A Direct Lender and Mortgage
Broker for Real Estate Commercial Financing. In
addition Mr. Havekorst has held numerous executive-level positions,
including Vice TouchStone Software Corporation, Advisory Board
of Teveo, National Sales Manager, Digital Equipment Corporation,-they
have now been merged into Compaq, and other contract positions
with Angel Strategies, LLC. He also served as Senior Manager
of Channel Strategy for Corporate and Government Channel Sales
at Apple Computer, Inc. accounting for over $1billion in annual
revenue, and has held other sales and management positions
at Apple and Oracle. Havekorst earned a B.S in business administration
from University of Southern California, Los Angeles, with
a minor in Entrepreneurship.
